i was arrested for hit and run.i was staying with my parents,my mom got mad and told me to leave.i did but backed into my dads car and the neibors fence.i returned at 930am to provide insurance info.i was arrested my insurance company paid for all damage.alchol was not involved,my mother and cousin told the da i had a drinking issue.i was sentenced to drug and alchol counseling and aa.im disabled and have been on prescription meds for 16yrs.july of 2010 i began counseling.thursdays before last the counselor was going to drop me because of my meds.i stopped my meds asap to comply.i went thru withdrawls and became so sick that i was in bed for a week.my dr ordered me to resume my meds and to bed rest.im scared,idont know what to do.i have no criminal history,except for a dui that was dimissed because i didnt know mouthwash would register on a breathalizer.i wasnt driving,i was feeding my horses when i was arrested.both incidents were because my mother(donna snowball an exfelon)hates me.please help or advise.ken ward is my public defender.he is very busy and i dont want to burden him with this.he is a great lawyer,just a very busy one.How can i comply with a court order,be disabled,not take my meds, and suffer?i have benefitted emotionally fro the counseling and i dont want to lose it.what do i do?
